Noruz Benefit Celebration
for the E-Malaya Project
We celebrated a new day!
Thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to our Noruz celebration
and benefit for the E-Malaya Project, held on Thursday, March 25,
at Café Gulu Gulu, Týnská 12, Prague 1.
See photos from the evening.
With your help, we created a warm, friendly atmosphere as we enjoyed the exotic
Central Asian food and the traditional Kirgyz, Kazakh and Turkish music.
What's more, between tickets sales and private donations, we collected
23,000 CZK for the E-Mayala Project.
Your participation in our celebration of a new day made the event
a resounding success, not just for us, but also for the children of
the Tibetan refugees in Nepal who will benefit from your generosity.
All proceeds from the evening go to the E-Malaya Project, which aims
to build a computer and science laboratory at Mount Kailash School in
the Tibetan Refugee Settlement Camp of Tashi Palkhiel in Hemja,
near Pokhara, Nepal.
